🚨 Call-Out to University of Lincoln – Alfred Tennyson Building 🚨
Our team was recently called to site to investigate a suspected pump failure at the Alfred Tennyson Building on the University of Lincoln campus.
After removing the unit and carrying out a full inspection at our workshop, we found complete winding failure and both the top and bottom mechanical seals had failed. 🔧⚙️
The pump is now being assessed for repair or replacement to get everything back up and running smoothly. 💡💪
We’ve been hard at work completing 2x PPM services on dual foul pumping stations for one of our valued clients. ✅
Here’s what we covered: 🔧 Pumps removed and fully serviced ⚡ Full electrical testing 🔄 Float switches tested for auto control 🚨 High-Level Alarm checks 🔁 Stepping relay tested for duty/standby mode 🧼 Pump station cleaned top to bottom 📝 Comprehensive report issued with priority codes: 🔴 Urgent | 🟠 Within 3 months | 🟢 Within 6 months
This week, our team visited a local farm in the Lincolnshire Wolds to carry out routine maintenance on a 6-PE sewage treatment plant.
As you can see from the photos, the system was in need of a little TLC! After completing the work, we performed a final effluent test to ensure it met Environment Agency discharge regulations.
Keeping systems running smoothly — and safely for the environment.
